Information to customers on gift cards
Gift cards purchased on 30 November 2018 or later
If you have purchased (with cash payment or with a debit/credit card) a gift card on
30 November 2018 or later you can either
1) Purchase goods in the store
or
2) Get a cash refund from the trustees.
If you want to buy goods this is done in the store.
If you wish a cash refund, you are kindly asked to send the gift card and the receipt for the purchase showing the date of the purchase to the trustees using the email address
toptoy@gorrissenfederspiel.com. You shall request the refund and state your name and bank account information.
Gift cards purchased before 30 November 2018
If you have purchased a gift cards before 30 November 2018 (with cash payment or with a debit/credit card) your claim can be sent to the same email address, but can not at this stage expect to be repaid or refunded. These claims will be registered in the same way as all other ordinary suppliers with claims related to the time before 30 November 2018.
Gift cards received as a “store credit” (Danish:”tilgodebevis”) on or after 30 November 2018
If you have received the gift card on or after 30 November 2018 as a “store credit” in connection with returning goods on or after 30 November 2018, you may use this as payment in connection with purchase of other goods.
You are not entitled to get a cash refund.
Gift cards received as a “store credit” (Danish:”tilgodebevis”) before 30 November 2018
If you have received the gift card before 30 November 2018 in connection with return of goods before 30 November 2018, this can not be used for payment for goods and can not be claimed for refund. You may file your claim by sending an email to
toptoy@gorrissenfederspiel.com, but can not at this stage expect to be repaid or refunded. These claims will be registered in the same way as all other ordinary suppliers with claims related to the time before 30 November 2018.
