As I've just ordered a battery, I don't know the shipping price, but according to the calculator on their site it'll be around 32 EUR. So, in total with additional surcharge it'll be around 85 EUR. And final price of battery - around 265 EUR (delivery to forwarding company Warehouse is free).
Regarding the metal lid on the battery - it doesn't have any effect on bike functioning - so, battery can be used without it. But of course to protect internal frame space from dust/water/snow it's better to use it.
I see several options to resolve it:
1) Try to order this lid from Tunturi or their Dealers as a spare part.
2) As our bikes are produced at Carraro factory in Turkey and they have 2 similar "active" models with same Lids - try to order it from Carraro or their Dealers as a spare part.
3) Find some solid plastic plate and place sealant (D profile) on the long side edges.
4) Find the service to print it on a 3D printer.
