EU lainsäädäntö ei edelleenkään salli tällaisia toimenpiteitä auton itsenäisesti suorittamana L2 tasolla, ainakaan ilman jonkinmoista alla kuvattua urakkaa. Siinä se este on, piste. En tiedä millainen lainsäädäntö Kiinassa on, mutta ilmeisesti siellä ei ole EU tason rajoitteita asiaan.
