In regard to this issue, I would like to inform you that we can't longer process you a either replacement or refund for this issue. Due to the fact that this is already opened. Provided that it is stated in our Oneplus Privacy and legal that A replacement or refund is only acceptable if the device is in perfect condition and if possible in the original, sealed packaging. Accessories must be sealed and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we find that the returned device has been damaged.
Just to let you know as well that accessories are manufactured to the highest standards and go through the most rigorous tests.
