Selailin Ruotsin ja Tanskan tech-foorumeita ja löytyy tuoreita kommentteja Proshopin edustajalta (pätkiä alla). Antaa vähän osviittaa saatavuustilanteesta. En laita suoraa linkkiä siltä varalta että on säännöissä kiellettyä, löydätte kyllä itsekin.

RTX 3090 launchista:
What does Proshop do with the launch of RTX 3090 tomorrow? Proshop has shops in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Austria and Poland. As already described, we were honestly totally put off by the interest and we try to avoid it this time so you (hopefully) do not experience the same l ... as at the RTX 3080 launch. So what we have implemented is the following: - 5.1: Only offers RTX 3090 to Nordic customers - ie. cards are for sale in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. - 5.2: We put more time on the shopping basket, so you get more time to complete the purchase and (hopefully) not lose your place in the queue. I say hopefully, because of course it should not happen as it unfortunately did at the RTX 3080 launch. - 5.3: We only show 1 piece in stock on 4 models we physically have in stock right now. We have collected 25 cards in stock, as well as another 57 which have been confirmed by ASUS, Gigabyte and MSI for us. Not all cards have been shipped from the factory yet, but allocated to us so they arrive as soon as possible. A total of 82 cards at Proshop for launch and subsequent delivery, is that enough? No, I do not think it is, therefore I have also ordered over 1400 extra RTX 3090 cards, but how many and when they will come, I have no confirmation of that. -> Why only show 1 so when we have 25 cards physically in stock? We really, REALLY, do not want the same situation to arise as the RTX 3080 launch. I think it's naive to think that believing the 25 cards we have in stock is enough to cover the massive demand given the hype that is on the entire RTX 3000 series. Therefore, last Friday after our RTX 3080 evaluation meeting, we chose to show smaller stock than what we actually have, so not all x number of hundreds / thousands of customers who want to buy an RTX 3090 card expected to get one. We are aware that this is not the ideal solution but we will disappoint as FEW customers as possible after the RTX 3080 launch. I hope it answers some of the questions and theories I have read on this and other threads over the last few days.

Proshop Michael:
There are some things I would like to state: 1: Proshop * had * RTX 3080 for launch. At the time of launch, we had 64 cards on 5 models from ASUS, Gigabyte and MSI. In addition, we received 25 ASUS TUF on Friday afternoon - ie. a total of 89 pcs. In the 20 years I have been in the industry, starting all the way back from the shg.dk era, I have never seen so much interest in a new product. It was also something so clearly proven when we in the few minutes that went from 15 o'clock. 00 to Proshop pages went down, we received more than 3800 orders on various RTX 3080 cards (as well as other non RTX orders). Many of you had probably seen that we had selected cards in stock and placed an order in the belief that you received one of those cards. Our system failed big time, sorry!

Delivery times, why can we not disclose them when unofficial partners can? - I think most of you since the launch have read and seen a lot about NVIDIA's delivery situation. I talk several times a week with NVIDIA and daily with our board manufacturers about when to expect more cards inside. According to NVIDIA, production looks better in mid-October - but does not announce a specific number that is expected to be delivered to the board partners (eg ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, EVGA, etc.). We have more than 3000 open customer orders, so I dare not even guess how many cards all the just official NVIDIA partners have in order. Can all be delivered during mid-October? Probably not. At the moment, we have collected 138 pieces confirmed from ASUS, Gigabyte and MSI during / allocated in the production to Proshop. Some of them have been shipped and others are awaiting final production. Inno3d reports they are awaiting chips from NVIDIA and EVGA has announced that they are sending out thousands, despite this they have not confirmed some of the more than 500 cards I have ordered last week. I sincerely wish I could say that we will receive all 3000 cards to cover all orders by the end of October, the fact is unfortunately just that we do not get very useful information from our board partners regarding the final delivery of these graphics cards

I do not say November ... The challenge is that NVIDIA announces that it looks better from mid-October (or in queens english "Production is ramping up mid-October" - but the definition of "better" versus how many orders lying, it is difficult
...
To make a long story and thus answer (relatively) short, the prehistory was, that Friday morning I had another talk with NVIDIA. Here I was advised to correct our delivery time to the month of November, but at the same time they could not promise their production was large enough for our initial 3800 orders to be covered before the end of October. At the time, I had directed ALL of our delivery times to "unknown delivery". On Monday afternoon, NVIDIA then recommended that we go back to "Receive notification" / "Notify Me" and thereby not take any more orders. The reason was simply that they have seen * significantly * more orders than their wildest forecast. Personally, I think it is wrong of us if we closed for orders - it could lead to even more confusion and frustration for you who have orders. The goods have just been put up for sale, and several of our competitors are open for orders. Personally, I would be sorry that you delete orders at Proshop to place an order with a competitor who has not placed purchases several weeks before launch as Proshop has. My recommendation is that you stick to your order with us and are guaranteed your place in the queue - and if you find the item somewhere else, of course you just cancel (although it will hurt the devil on me) - What Komplett has done of considerations, and why they as the only Nordic retailer have chosen to stop for orders, only they can give an answer to. PS. We are down to around 3100 customer orders right now, understandably many have deleted their orders with us due to our problems at launch.

That's how it is that NVIDIA distributes RTX chips according to how many cards the manufacturers have sold of the RTX 2000 series and / or other cards in total (the true distribution is probably only known to the management of NVIDIA). ASUS is one of the largest in the world and should get a percentage more chips than e.g. Inno3d / Zotac which is under the same company. When it comes to ASUS, we have received over 1500 ASUS TUF 3080 orders - reviews are good on the cards! I wish I could predict, and say ASUS has enough cards on 01.11 while MSI has cards available before ASUS ... It gives off much of the manufacturers' distribution to the whole world and again internally in the EU. However, I will say it so that Inno3d right now seems to be the ones where I first see available cards if you order right now as we do not have many orders on their cards vs. how many I (hopefully get) in mid-October. EVGA I have not chosen to be online yet as I do not know how many cards we possibly. gets from RTX 3080 and not at all, not at all from the 3090 series -> Sorry, this is not the world's best and most in-depth answer but hope it works
