I am truly sorry we have failed to deliver orders.
From 1st on June VOLTS bought TULIVESI, so basically it is now one team, but since we outsourse all the packaging and order handling and I am the only one having access to server to shop backoffice and highjacked and hacked first in to our email system, changed all the passwords and no access to emails.
Then after they hacked in to both shops backoffice changing passwords there too.
Our virtual bank card was tight up with server payments, which I occasionally change for sequrity measures.
Since I was in Africa from 12th of June and with IP address which is unusal and for sequrity risk server also bloced access sending me on emali 2-Authentification code, but I was not able to access email in the server, this became dead end.
Now I am back in Estonia arriving today. I left to Africa on 12th of June,but it would have not changed anything working from distance. Just this unexpected hacking was a huge problem. I had no idea who ordered and what
I will fix all the problems very shortly trying now hard to get shop up.

Please rest relaxed and I get these orders all sorted out. I know there are too many of them pending, but nobody losing any money. I am as well very worried, more than you, because need to keep business running.
