Current Best Netflix VPNs for 2021
TorGuard (1 year streaming bundle for $60 with code "netflix")
TorGuard is unique because it uses streaming IPs that can't be blocked. The downside is that you only get to pick two locations. It's around $11 a month or $60 a year with the code. You need to buy the streaming bundle.

video on directions on how to set it up. A bit more setup required, but once you do it, you should be good.
Most other VPNs have problems with intermittent downtime since you will be using shared IPs that use a technique called GRE tunneling / smart DNS. You may have seen posts here which complain about NordVPN or ExpressVPN downtime with certain servers, and this is why a lot of people use TorGuard's streaming IPs. You sacrifice a bit of flexibility for a few servers that are usually 100% uptime.

PrivateVPN (<--- 10% off all plans with this link, around $40 for 1 year)
PrivateVPN is a VPN provider based in Sweden that has been around for quite some time--but flown under the radar a bit since it's not pasted on every popular Youtuber's ad-roll.
However I think it's a diamond in the rough since it offers great speeds, affordable prices across the board, a friendly team, and full streaming compatibility.
The cons here are that there are a bit of limited server options compared to some bigger competitors, but servers get blocked less, and are fully owned by PrivateVPN which is good for transparency and privacy.

WeVPN (<--- 1 year for under $40 with code "tomspark")
WeVPN is a relative newcomer. The application can vary a bit update to update, but now in the later part of 2020, it's pretty stable.
Some people are annoyed that I give it such good praise, but most of the team is ex-pia and they really know their shit.
It supports WireGuard and works automatically with most streaming services. Very fast speeds, friendly team on discord, and overall quite decent for such a new VPN. Much more affordable than the likes of NordVPN and ExpressVPN.

CactusVPN (<--- 1 Year for $38 with code "tomspark")
CactusVPN is a great VPN that is seldom talked about. However, it can unblock nearly every streaming service with the smart DNS capability built-in. Simply pick a region, and you can watch any content. The app looks a bit outdated, but the team is very friendly, and it's affordable.

VyprVPN (<---1 year for $45)
VyprVPN is a super polished VPN that works with all major streaming providers. It's lacking a few things like socks5 proxy support, and extensions, but for streaming, it gets the job done and has one of the most intuitive and best-looking apps out there!
