Kelan asiointipalvelu network error

Eli meinasin mennä perumaan vähän opintotukia kelan asiointipalvelusta, mutta koneeltani ei pääse asiointipalvelun sivulle. Antaa tälläisen virheviestin:

Network Error (gateway_error)

An error occurred attempting to communicate with an HTTP or SOCKS gateway.
The gateway may be temporarily unavailable, or there could be a network problem.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

Koneessa on vain windowssin oma virustorjunta käytössä, kokeilin explorerilla ja chromella molemmissa sama juttu, mitäs neuvoja tähän olisi?

Ongelma on palvelimen päässä.

Välillä tuntuu, että aina kun yrittää mennä tuonne kelan palveluun, ni siellä on joku huolto päällä, vittu mitä paskaa

Nyt tuli tämmöinen viesti:
SSL Error (ssl_failed)

A secure SSL session could not be established with the Web Site: "".
This is typically caused by a Web Site that is not configured to accept SSL connections, or the Proxy does not trust the Web Site's certificate authority, or else the Proxy does not support client certificate authentication requests from the origin server.
