Tilasin Beer Republic joulukalenterin ja paketti ei ole tullut perille edelleenkään, kuten ainakin muutamalla täällä. Osa noista on tullut perille normaalisti, mutta BR:n mukaan ilmeisesti Turun kautta saapuneissa ollut noita ongelmia...
RB:n asiakaspalvelu on laittanut säännöllisesti informaatiota asiasta ja ainakin kirjoitetun perusteella koittanut hoitaa asian kuntoon. Jos heidän antamansa informaatio asianhoitamisesta tullin suunnalla pitää paikkansa, niin ei voi mennä ihan kaikkien lainsäädäntöjen mukaan oikein... Joku lakiasioista enemmän ymmärtävä voisi ottaa selvää tai vinkata Iltalehdelle tai MOT:lle tämänhetkisestä toiminnasta...

Dear advent customer,
We are well into December and the saga continues. Unfortunately not for the better. We and DPD are both trying our upmost to get information from Finnish customs on the how, what and when regarding the stalling of your shipment.
Even DPD has escalated it to higher management to help into this but the response from the authorities have been one of ignoring. For your information we do pay VAT to the Finnish government as we are supposed to following EU Tax regulations.
Excises are being paid to our local authorities as we are obliged to as we cannot ship non-excised articles cross border. This so called interchange always worked well but since the start of new and one sided rules the mess started for you, which we deeply regret. We even tried to clear the goods - so pay taxes twice - but the system fails to work or we are not allowed to do so. Following up on that we are happy that most of the customers in Finland have received their shipment just as before.
So what's next? We keep on pushing buttons as much as we can. We cannot foresee how long this will take as we get little to no response from customs of what we can do from here to speed up the process.
This is how you can help us and yourself to get your parcel:
- If you have received a notification from customs that you can release the parcel by paying taxes, please do so. Send us the proof of your payment and a copy of the release and we will pay you these costs. On top of that we we will compensate your shipping costs. The discount for a next purchase still stands of course.
- If you have not received a notification by customs, please urge customs or the PostNord/DPD office in doing so and see above for next steps.
- If you want a full refund we kindly ask you to reject parcel delivery. Notify PostNord about this.

Have your tracking number by hand.
As soon as we get the notification the parcel will be send back to us, you will receive full payback of both beer and postage.
We are so sorry this happens in the month that supposes to be one of joy, especially with a good beer in your hand.
