Mulla on Seasonicin G-360 ostettu 1/2015 kun katselin kuittia Jimmsistä juuri. Uusi kone kasaukseen black fridayn jälkeen joka EI tule viemään virtaa enempää kuin nykyinen eli toisin sanoen virtalähte "kruisailee" suurimman osan ajasta mutta kone on päällä pitkiä aikoja päivittäin. Maksoin aikanaan 64€ ja nyt pitäisi maksaa 100€, että saisi yhtä laadukkaan (BeQuiet 13M 550W). Luulisi, että tässä on hyvät suojaukset Seasonicin tuntien ja jos kosahtaa niin ei tekisi damagea vai olenko väärässä? Kuitenkin oma käyttö on niin kevyttä, että nykyisellä powerilla olettaisi pötkivän seuraavat ~5 vuotta helposti, penniä venyttäen. En tarvitse ATX 3.1 / Pci E 5.1 kun lyön tuon kuolemattoman, äänettömän ja vähävirtaisen MSI Gaming X GTX 1060 3GB kiinni uuteen koneeseen. Mitäs mietteitä tämä herättää? Erityisesti kiinnostaa kuinka todennäköistä on, että kun tämä kuolee niin hajottaisi emolevyn tms? Nyt ei kuitenkaan puhuta mistään parin kympin sekundasta.
Vähän tietoa mallista noista revikoista kun kovasti kehuivat:

- High performance Polymer Aluminum solid capacitors and highly reliable 105 ℃ Japanese Aluminum Electrolytic capacitors
- The G360 is using a Japanese branded electrolytic capacitor from Hitachi, rated 270 µF x 420 V @ 105c.
- We noticed that Seasonic are using high grade Japanese capacitors in the secondary stage from Chemi-Con and Rubycon, also rated to 105C.
- The +5V and +3.3V outputs are delivered by two DC-DC converters
- The cables are fully sleeved into the chassis and tied into position. This should help resolve any concerns with long term fraying.
- 120mm Ball Bearing ADDA (0.33A/12V) fan
- Efficiency: 360w: 90.5%, 270w: 91.9%, 180w: 92.5% ja 78w: 89% (240V)
- Internal temperatures are excellent, rising to a 9c above ambient threshold at maximum load.
- Ripple suppression is well within the Tolerance guidelines, rising to between 20mV and 25mV on the +3.3V and +5V output. It peaked at 50mV on the +12V output.
- Load regulation is strong across the output range. We managed to get 451W from the unit before it would shut down, safely.
On myös käytännössä äänetön tuossa ITX kopassa. Virtalähdettä olen availlut takuun mentyä umpeen n. vuoden parin välein ja putsannut pölyjä pois.
