2070s is not very expensive anymore (+-130€) and those other items are way cheaper from store to buy as new. so im offering 550€ (jimms with NZXT N7 Z590 my basket is just above 600...)

I have just checked and if you buy all of these components new (excluding the GPU) it will cost more than 800e

And for the GPU, I've seen 2070S being sold on this very site just last month for around 200e, so your estimate is a bit overexaggerated. That would put my case at around 1000e brand new (2nd hand GPU), so I think 750e is what I'll agree with for the moment.
