Emo on hyvä ja laadukas. Hieman (n. 40 €) pystyy säästää menettämättä oikeastaan mitään b650 gaming x ax emon ottamalla, mutta makukysymys ja tässä budjetissa ykshailee kumman ottaa.

Motherboar is good and high quality. Little bit (40 €) can save without losing allmost nothing if take b650 x gaming x ax instead. But in this budjet this does not matter so much and it is witch one feel better.

Lancool 215 is not bad, but 216 is better.

That cpu does not consume much power. If you are worried about case temperature, it is better buy fans, not watercooler. Gpu need more fresh air. Put it on water if you are worried.

I this same argumemt have used now many years. Games still wont benefit over pcie 3.0 and sata ssd is still fine. there is benfit for pcie over sata, but it is not crucial.
Pcie 5.0 is waste of money. It wont help you near future. If that pci 5.0 letsay after 2 years is needed, its price has come down and that over 300 € will get that drive them to you.

Remember people stil play old equiment and with consols. Pcie 5.0 wont be needed.

I get if that pcie 5.0 is only littlebit more expencive or max 100 € more. But it is over 300 € more so it does not make sense.

In this gpu memory is key part. Your gpu have whopping 24 gb memory. It is a lot. systemmemory matter somewhat.

Behind this is that ssd and that kc3000 offer almost 7 000 MBps speed. You wont benefit that pcie 5.0 over 4.0.

And first nuber mean most in latency. It is about clock cycles.
