Päivityksessä tulee eteen seuraavanlanen ilmoitus:


Tarkoitus on siis ladata firmware läppäriltä kytkimelle, mutta aina tulee tuo virhe. Tuo P2.24 on vielä pienempiä päivitysketteja joita on julkaistu. Mitähän tässä pitäisi tehdä?

FIX:The HP V1810 Switch Series requires a two-step upgrade when going from P.1.x code to P.2.x code. P.1.20 is required to be active and loaded before end user can update to any version of P.2.x code. The P.1.20 code has no fixes, but is a mandatory intermediate update required to allow the P.2.x code to be loaded into the Image2 flash area. The P.1.20 code expands the allocated memory which allows the P.2.x code to be updated successfully. Please see the P.2.x release notes for the proper upgrade instructions. NOTE: When upgrading to P.2.x, you will not be able to downgrade to P.1.x anymore.
