Everything retained was in the pictures. There are no missing panels or filters, but only the 2-bay-drive cage available. 25e is good if you can pick it up.

Not really sure, because the cooler was last used with a i7 4770. Before that I did OC a i7 6800k to 4.6Ghz with it and temperatures were around 70-75C at full load if I remember it right.
