Roskapostin esto Outlook livessä

Roskapostin saldo tällä hetkellä 36 kpl eli viimeisen 10 päivän aikana saapunut keskimäärin 3,6 roskapostia per päivä. Aiemminhan tuo luku pyöri reilussa tonnissa eli keskimäärin 100 roskapostia nasahti laatikkoon.

Roskapostit ovat edelleen samansisältöisiä eli lainoja, betsejä, ukrainalaisia naisia ja aliexpressin "yllätyksiä", mutta määrä on pieni murto-osa. Onko Mikkisofta vain niputtanut samanlaiset roskapostit yhteen?

Tosin tällä hetkellä kaikki uudet lähettäjät menevät edelleen roskapostiin, vaikka tuo "luota vain tuttuihin lähettäjiin" -täppä on otettu pois.

Keskiviikon jälkeen roskapostilaatikkoon on tullut taas 10-20 roskapostia per päivä. Muutama suodatuksen läpi saapuneisiin. On tämä kyllä...

Nyt meni kokeiluun tämä:

1. While on a web browser with your outlook open, locate and click on the gear icon on the top right corner, scroll all the way down and click "View All Outlook Settings".
2. Then select the “Rules” option.
3. A popup window of “Rules” will arise, in which we should click “New Rule”.
4. In “Rules Wizard”, line 1 requires you name your rule, I named mine “No Sender”.
5. Line 2 will require us to select a condition. We need to select "to" on the drop-down menu and add your email address as the recipient.
6. Line 3 will require us to select an action, such as delete it or move it to specified folder. I usually tend to select "Move to" on the drop-down menu and select the "Junk email" folder.
7. Here comes the pivotal step – select exceptions. We should select “Sender’s address includes”.
8. In the "Enter all or part of an address" type “@” in the field.
9. If you'd like your mailbox cleaned immediately, check the "Run rule now" and as a final step, click the "Save" button.
10. It will return to “Rule and Alerts” interface. The web browser may slow down and ask if you want to leave the website, I recommend waiting until Outlook completely sweeps your mailbox. This rule will be activated immediately.

Minulle tulee @hotmail-osoitteeseen englanninkielistä spammia. Avuksi keksin laittaa Outlook Clientin (en siis käytä webmailia) hakemaan sähköpostit 10 tunnin välein. Microsoftilta menee jonkin aikaa ilmeisesti roskapostin tunnistamisessa (raporttien perusteella?) ja siirtämisessä roskapostikansioon. Webmailia käyttäessä tietenkin voisi auttaa käydä katsomassa sähköpostia harvemmin. Eikä välttämättä auta johonkin pienen kielialueen spämmiin, jota ei ole muut raportoimassa.

Mulla on roskaposti-kansio käyttäytyny oudosti koko viikon. Yleensä kun klikkaan kaikki postit siellä ja painan "ilmoita" nappia niin koko kansio tyhjenee, mutta nyt ei tapahdu niin. Viestit häviää kyllä hetkeksi, mutta ovat taas siellä kun uudelleen sinne menee.
