Build quality doesn't matter much, Don't need touch screen, semi good battery life is required so it can be used for a school day and drawing
The laptop can't be very heavy and bulky due to me being relatively small in stature
At least 14" screen, good colors are needed
Needs to run Paint tool SAI, The Sims 4 and Minecraft on low settings, possibly World of Warships but this one isn't a must
I'm ok with games running at relatively low settings and fps, as long as I get pretty stable results like that
