Peli alkoi yhden miehen projektina ja tiimi on nyt noin 30 henkilöä. Heistä monet ovat entisiä Ubisoftin työntekijöitä. Pelin ympärille on kehittymässä paljon GOTY-buzzia.

Each year, the Paintress awakens to paint a cursed number upon her monolith, causing those of that age to fade into oblivion.
