Chip reballing in Finland

Hello I need reballing on one 580 8gb gpu. Does anyone knows if someone doing here in Finland?

Well it's an option, I know in one place making for 50€, but I can delivery only in January there, so looking down here in Finland if someone actually doing reballing about same price

Do you mean you need gpu chip to be reballed and reflow back on gbus motherboard?
I can do it, but waiting to get stuff from china..
